Amazing Reptile Shows For Primary Schools, Kindergartens and Early Learning.
Introduction to Australian Reptiles.
Australia is home to over 900 reptile species, found in every corner of the country, which includes snakes, lizards, turtles and crocodiles. Reptiles all have coverings called scales and are ectothermic or ”cold-blooded”, some reptiles lay eggs and some reptiles give birth to live young, but they all have unique adaptations to survive the vast number of Australian habitats.
Our Presenters are passionate about all things wild and our reptile incursions are no exception! Explore Australia’s ectotherms with our interactive incursions that get your students up close and personal with snakes, lizards, turtles and crocodiles in our 1-hour Radical Reptiles presentation.
Each reptile is brought out one at a time and we talk in depth about them, they are then brought around to the students for a more personal encounter so each and every student will get to touch and hold them, and photos are welcome, take as many as you want!
